Sundram ji 

1. 26.7.1956, Native place Karaikudi about hundred kilometres from Madurai, completed his 12th and started working in a 3 star hotel in  Madurai as a billing clerk cashier due to financial condition of his house..Bala krishanan of Britannia buiscuits, regional sales manager, one gentle customer use to come and persuaded him for further studues as he saw sparks of brilliance in him.  He happened to be Ram Shriniwas, zonal marketing manager Britannia biscuits Company, took him to his company, appointed as sales representative, so that the youngman may pursue his studies।

He started his B.Com with correspondence course in 1981 completed with good marks. He was getting salary plus commission and gave the gift of 36 thousand rupees to her mother  from his savings. It was 1000per month maintenance etc. for the entire three years as he has to pursue further studies. He started CA in 81 completed in 84 and joined government service as a Chief Accounts officer in Tamil Nadu transport office and 1986 he started his own company as an auditor. Kshetr sanyojka in Agra 2004, later 2010 national core committee member, and national co- convener 2014 in Bhubaneshwar appointed as fullfledged convenor in 2019 in Haridwar .

For years together the economy is focused on big and major and large towns. There are 4 metropolitan cities, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai., Emerging metros like Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc, , major economic centres like Coimbatore, Pune, Guntur, Indore, Varanasi, Siliguri, and 20 other cities. India has 8100 towns and 6,80,000 villages. 

Now we can reach out to Metropolitan, Emerging Metropolitan and major economic cities by having bright full timers in each state. Once we establish Rozkhar Srijen Kendras in all the districts we can reach many of the towns and to some extent villages also. 

Our direction is right but consistency and speed matters. In India the rural economy is affected more than the urban. Most of the workforce which moved to rural areas during the pandemic have not returned and are either seeking employment in rural areas or are underemployed. If governments takes more steps to boost growth in the MSME space and rural economy, it will help.

All the knowledge of the world — that which belongs to the past, present and future — comes from the sensing, feeling, and thinking mind. THE MIND IS THE LARGEST LIBRARY OF THE UNIVERSE. To a leader the world outside is merely the field of application. All the knowledge that Krishna is imparting to Arjuna already exists in Arjuna’s mind. Yet Arjuna is unable to use his intellect to harness and utilise this knowledge. Krishna merely helps him to apply this knowledge. 

Many of us see a falling apple and think of it as no more than food. Yet, to Sir Issac Newton, the falling apple presented an occasion to apply his intellect. He studied the phenomenon inside his own mind, made mental calculations, and came to a wise conclusion about the existence of the force of gravity. The knowledge of gravity always existed in Newton’s mind just as it did in our minds. 

Yet, this knowledge remained undiscovered until wisdom prevailed. 

The faculty in the human constitution that helps us apply knowledge wisely is called the INTELLECT.  The results of cultivating the intellect is concentration and steadiness of mind.
