1. 26.7.1956, Native place Karaikudi about hundred kilometres from Madurai, completed his 12th and started working in a 3 star hotel in  Madurai as a billing clerk cashier due to financial condition of his house..Bala krishanan of Britannia buiscuits, regional sales manager, one gentle customer use to come and persuaded him for further studues as he saw sparks of brilliance in him.  He happened to be Ram Shriniwas, zonal marketing manager Britannia biscuits Company, took him to his company, appointed as sales representative, so that the youngman may pursue his studies।

He started his B.Com with correspondence course in 1981 completed with good marks. He was getting salary plus commission and gave the gift of 36 thousand rupees to her mother  from his savings. He started CA in 81 completed in 84 and joined government service as a Chief Accounts officer in Tamil Nadu transport office and 1986 he started his own company as an auditor. For years together the economy is focused on big and major and large towns. There are 4 metropolitan cities, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai., Emerging metros like Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc, , major economic centres like Coimbatore, Pune, Guntur, Indore, Varanasi, Siliguri, and 20 other cities. India has 8100 towns and 6,80,000 villages. 

Now we can reach out to Metropolitan, Emerging Metropolitan and major economic cities by having bright full timers in each state. Once we establish Rozkhar Srijen Kendras in all the districts we can reach many of the towns and to some extent villages also. 

Our direction is right but consistency and speed matters. In India the rural economy is affected more than the urban. Most of the workforce which moved to rural areas during the pandemic have not returned and are either seeking employment in rural areas or are underemployed. If governments takes more steps to boost growth in the MSME space and rural economy, it will help.

He studied the phenomenon inside his own mind, made mental calculations, and came to a wise conclusion about the existence of the force of gravity. The knowledge of gravity always existed in Newton’s mind just as it did in our minds. 

Yet, this knowledge remained undiscovered until wisdom prevailed. 

The faculty in the human constitution that helps us apply knowledge wisely is called the INTELLECT.  The results of cultivating the intellect is concentration and steadiness of mind.

1. आज 1 नवंबर 21 को लिंगा मूर्ति से विस्तार से बातचीत हुई और उसने बताया कि उसने एक ग्यारह लाख का एक प्रोजेक्ट आईसीएमआर से लिया है और उसमें तेलंगाना प्रदेश के 5 कलस्टर की स्टडी करके देगा। प्रथम कलेक्टर पोचमपल्ली का है जिसे भूदान पोछमपल्ली भी कहते हैं। यहां की साड़ियां और और विशेष प्रकार से कपड़े पर रंगने की पद्धति टाई एंड डाई अलग से है।
2.  दूसरा क्लस्टर हैंडलूम का ही गदवाल का है। Gadwala is known for its handloom Jari chiralu (Gadwala sarees). It was registered as one of the geographical indication from Telangana by Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection) Act, 1999.[8][9] They are most notable for the Zari on the saris. 3. तीसरा प्रोजेक्ट हैदराबाद शहर के अंदर मशीन टूल्स इंडस्ट्री का है जो लगभग एक लाख लोगों को रोजगार देता है और सामान्यतः 8 से 10 क्लास पढ़े हुए युवक ही उसमें काम करते हैं। ज्यादातर उसमें हिंदू ही हैं
4.  उसी प्रकार से तीसरा प्रोजेक्ट हैदराबाद में ही सीलिंग फैंस का है जहां ब्रांडेड सीलिंग फैंस के लिए राम मेटेरियल तैयार किया जाता है और जॉब वर्क पर हैवल जैसी कंपनियों के लिए काम किया जाता है। यहां 500 यूनिट है और 75 हजार से 100000 तक लोग इसी प्रकार के कार्य कर यहां काम करते हैं।

यह दो साल का प्रोजेक्ट है और यह एक प्रकार से आगामी कार्य की दिशा तय करता है। भले ही यह छोटा प्रोजेक्ट है लेकिन इसके कारण आगे e-commerce से कैसे काम खड़ा हो सकता है उसका एक उदाहरण है। गांव के बारे में उन्होंने बताया कि यहां के लोग प्रातः काल जल्दी उठकर के शुभ मुहूर्त देख कर के प्रतिमाओं का निर्माण करते हैं। और बाहर की लेबर आदि को भी नहीं लगाते हैं क्योंकि वह दिशा काल का ध्यान में रखते हुए काम करते हैं। इसलिए इस स्थान की अपनी प्रतिष्ठा है। दो बिरादरी या मुख्यता इसमें हैं एक लोहार और दूसरे सुनार।
B. एक दूसरा बड़ा प्रोजेक्ट 4 से 5 फरवरी को तो वह है एमएसएमई का एक समागम। योजना अनुसार पूरे देश भर से वहां पर लघु उद्योग आएंगे और 2 दिन तक अनेक कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से हम अपनी बातचीत उनसे कह सकेंगे और उनकी सुन सकेंगे। देखा जाए तो यह विद्यासागर राव का कल्पना होगी क्योंकि वह लघु उद्योग भारती रहे हैं और अब नहीं हैं। वहीं पर एक सरकारी भवन है जहां पर यह कार्यक्रम निशुल्क संपन्न हो सकता है और रहने की ऑल आदि की व्यवस्था भी हो सकती है। तुषार उनके अनुसार यहां लगभग 10 करोड़ तक का धन संग्रह हो सकता है और इसमें से 500000 भोजन पर और आगे भी और व्यवस्थाओं पर खर्च होगा। इसका मतलब यह है कि आगे वह है एक स्थाई प्रोजेक्ट हो जाएगा और उसके द्वारा हर साल इसका अनुवर्ती परिहास हो सकेगा। मैंने उनको इतना सुझाव तो दिया कैसे मुक्ता दक्षिण केंद्रित कार्यक्रम माना जाए और जगदीश जी मंजूनाथ की आदि के सहयोग से इसे संपन्न किया जाए हां तमिलनाडु और केरल का सहयोग भी लिया जा सकता है। परंतु पहली बार में ही इतना बड़ा करना कोई आवश्यक नहीं है। इसमें दो प्रकार के उद्योग आते हैं मीडियम और छोटे । हमारे लिए ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण छोटे क्लस्टर हैं यह सब एम भारती का या डूबा का अधिका है और स्वदेशी जागरण मंच को उनके लिए प्रयास करना चाहिए। यद्यपि उनकी संख्या अभी ज्यादा नहीं होगी और धन संग्रह की क्षमता भी ज्यादा नहीं होगी हम तो हम उनके साथ खड़े दिखे यही हमारे से अपेक्षा है।
कल की सारी बातचीत से यह लगा कि उनका वर्तमान कार्यक्रम जिसको वह दो संघ 100 संख्या का सुरक्षित है वह तो केवल 25 से 30 लोगों तक सिमट गया कारण चाहे कोई भी रहे हो। आगे भी उनके हर कार्यक्रम में इसी प्रकार से सोचने की बात है। बड़े स्क्रीन पर करना अभी उसके बस की बात नहीं है और अनेक कंट्रोवर्सीज भी खड़ी हो जाएंगी। हां अगर वह सभी कहानियां खड़ी करने में सफल होता है अच्छे लोगों की टीम बना पाता है तो उसका प्रांत में भी जैसे मिलेगा और देश में भी यश मिलेगा। आता है उसको अपने स्कॉलरली कामों पर भरोसा रखना चाहिए और यथासंभव जितना हो सकता है संगठनात्मक ढांचा भी खड़ा किया जाए।
उससे रविंद्र शर्मा के गांव आ अदिलाबाद और आसपास के क्षेत्र के बारे में भी बातचीत की। एक प्रेजेंटेशन आदि राष्ट्रीय सभा में इस विषय पर उनका होना चाहिए।

बहुत प्रसन्नता का विषय है कि एक नए  प्रचारक श्री विनय जी संघ की ओर से दो दिन पूर्व संघ द्वारा स्वदेशी जागरण मंच के लिए घोषित हुए हैं। विनय जी मूलतः हिमाचल के रहने वाले हैं और स्थानीय जिला चिंतपूर्णी में ही स्वयंसेवक बने।  उन्होंने BSc, LLB तक पढ़ाई पूर्ण की और 2001 में चंडीगढ़ से पढ़ाई उपरांत प्रचारक  निकले। उनके पास पंजाब में ही ज़िला प्रचारक, विभाग प्रचारक आदि कई दायित्व रहे और सम्प्रति  प्रान्त सह कॉलेज विद्यार्थी प्रमुख के नाते पंजाब में काम कर रहे थे।  उनका केंद्र लुधियाना है।

सन 2022 में में एक बैठक में पंजाबके साथ साथ हिमाचल और जम्मू क का संपर्क संपर्क प्रमुख का काम भी जोड़ा गया
